The bankruptcy / legal misconduct is to do with business. So no unfit conduct (business wise) fraudulent trading, wrongful trading, failure to keep proper company records, insolvency issues, that kind of thing. She couldn’t be a director if she was found guilty of any of those things.
The “duty to act in good faith and best interest of the company” just means she can’t knowing commit crimes to do with business.
You also asked if she would pay herself a wage. Yes, if she has a good accountant they will have advised her on the best way to be tax efficient and that would be to pay herself a small wage. I don’t want to go into too much detail as I don’t want to give her any useful tips 🤣😭
What will be interesting is to see next year when she files her tax returns (public records) to see if she lists TikTok as another job or if she bundles it up with her merch nonsense. It will depend on the advice her manager / accountant gives her.
